We started the property information site propertyhotspots.net in August 2003.  We specialise in providing information for serious property investors about where to invest. 

OUR THEORY

In a nutshell we follow this simple formula - only invest in a hotspot.  Look at this diagram:

A hotspot, featured as quadrant 1, gives a +yield (meaning the investment puts money in your pocket after all expenses) and +growth (meaning the investment grows in capital value).  All other spots are inferior.  A hotspot will move to a cooling spot (due to massive gains resulting in the yield becoming negative) and then on to a coldspot and warmspot over time.  The key is to acquire a property when its in a hotspot.  To find out more visit The Property Clock.
